The Mentorship Program is designed to pair experienced, dedicated Knights with our newest members. This isn't just about sharing information; it's about building a fraternal bond that will enrich your experience in the Knights of Columbus.
Personal Guidance: Get one-on-one help understanding the Council's structure, meeting procedures, and common practices.
Faster Integration: Learn how to quickly get involved in service projects, and events that match your interests and availability.
Deeper Understanding: Gain insight into the core principles of the Order and how our Council lives out the Catholic faith through action.
A Trusted Friend: Have a designated point-of-contact for questions, advice, and fellowship.
Introduce the new member to other Knights and Council leadership.
Answer questions about KofC activities and requirements.
Guide the new member through key early-stage processes.
Encourage participation and involvement in Council life.
